Birth Empowerment Consults are one-on-one virtual sessions designed to help you understand your options, build your personalized birth preferences, and feel genuinely prepared - for the birth you're hoping for, and also for whatever birth brings.

As a Registered Nurse, I've been in that delivery room. I know what happens when you don't know your options, and I know what's possible when you do. This session exists to make sure your voice is heard.
