Returns:

All yoga courses, immersions, and digital programs are non-refundable once purchased. Due to the immediate access granted upon enrollment, including course materials, replays, and resources, all sales are final.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased content, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or provide an alternative solution.

For Birth Empowerment Clients:

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are eligible for a 50% refund or a one- time complimentary reschedule.

The one-time reschedule must be used within 60 days of the original appointment date. If the rescheduled appointment is cancelled for any reason, no refund will be issued and no further reschedules will be offered. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the sole discretion of the provider in cases of documented medical emergency or extenuating circumstances.

No-shows without prior notice forfeit the full session fee with no refund or reschedule option.
