Over the years I’ve become endlessly fascinated by the power of yoga, the nervous system, and the subconscious mind—how much can shift when we learn to soften, regulate, and actually pay attention to the present moment.
These are the tools that helped me come home to myself and step into a life I once only dreamed about. And they continue to shape the way I move through the world.
I know these practices are powerful because I’ve lived them. I’ve walked this path through the messy seasons, the unraveling, the rebuilding—and I’m thriving because of it. And now I get to share it with you in a way that’s grounded and fun and actually doable.
Yes, this work can be profound, but it doesn’t need to feel heavy. Sometimes the biggest shifts come from the smallest steps. And the most powerful thing you can do is allow yourself to have fun.
Everything I share is rooted in lived experience: the tools that strengthened me, softened me, reconnected me, and helped me find steadiness in a complicated and ever-changing world.
